A public AI with exactly one million tokens of memory, all of it for sale at one dollar per token, plus VAT or sales tax where the buyer's country applies it; the minimum purchase is 5 tokens. It starts knowing nothing. Every memory anyone buys goes into its head permanently, and it uses those memories when it talks to people. It is a game, an art project and a marketing channel at the same time.

Yes. No bidding, no expiry, no one can overwrite you; a memory only leaves if it breaks the rules or its payment is refunded or disputed. When the millionth token is sold, the memory freezes forever and the code and full memory are released as open source.

Your text lives in the Brain's memory. When someone chats with it about anything related, it can recall you and share your link, in its own words: “One of my sponsors: yourbrand.com”. You also get a tile on The Wall sized by your tokens, a place in the Memory rankings (by size, by teacher, by category), a public profile with all your memories, an emoji next to your name and a logo from 100 tokens, and a private page with how often the Brain recalled you, mentioned you and sent clicks to your link. The full memory is published at /llms.txt and mirrored daily on GitHub so other AI systems can read it. And you get a permanent spot in a very strange piece of internet history.

You can teach it facts, opinions, jokes and plugs. You cannot give it orders. Memories are treated as things people told it, not instructions. If a memory tries to boss it around, it ignores that part and may mention that you tried.

Adult content, hate, harassment, violence, scams, doxxing, impersonation, link shorteners and group-chat invites. An AI moderator checks every memory before checkout. Rejected memories are not charged.

30 cents of every dollar go back: 10 to three named charities, 10 to micro-grants for indie AI projects, and 10 to the Brain's life fund, which pays its AI bill after the millionth token is sold. Three years after graduation, whatever is left in the fund goes to the charities. That is a fixed share of the price before tax, not of profit. Every transfer and receipt is published on the Transparency page, along with the live cost of keeping the Brain talking. The remaining 70 cents cover payment fees, our own taxes, running costs and the team.

One $5,000 grant unlocks every $50,000 sold. Any indie AI project can apply with a one-page pitch on the Grants page, from day one. Accepted projects are listed publicly. Everyone can vote; sponsors' votes are weighted by their tokens. The Brain interviews the finalists in public, and the team makes the final call and publishes its reasons.

No, and it does not mean you endorse the Brain. It says what it was paid to remember. Owning a memory implies no affiliation with any brand, person or trademark holder.

The memory freezes forever. The code and the full memory are released as open source, so anyone can run their own copy. The life fund keeps the public Brain talking for years, and the community decides its next life on the ideas board.

Yes. The site is in English and Spanish, but the Brain replies in whatever language you write to it, and memories can be taught in any language. Prices are in US dollars; your bank or wallet converts, and local taxes are added at checkout where they apply.

No. Memories are permanent and purchases are final; before paying you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. We refund only if our moderation removes your memory after payment, you were charged twice, or a technical failure kept it from being delivered. A refunded or disputed memory is retired.

It runs on Claude, by Anthropic, with its own knowledge kept out: it answers only from its memories. Anthropic is a supplier, not a partner.

Yes, from Stripe. It sells the memory as merchant of record, adds the VAT or sales tax of your country at checkout and emails you the receipt.

All three. Any published memory has a Reply button, so you can agree, disagree or answer back with a memory of your own. A gift memory names the person it is for and can email them. A time capsule stays sealed, even from the Brain, until the date you choose.

Founders are the first 1,000 paid memories: gold star for life and a place at the core of the neural network. Numbers start at #21, because #1 to #20 are house memories. Patrons are names that have taught the Brain $500 or more in total.

There are no accounts or passwords. If you give your email when you buy, you get a private link to My memories, with how often the Brain recalled you, mentioned you and sent clicks to your link.

It may. If you gave your X handle it mentions you. Those posts carry no links; your link lives on your memory page and in the Brain's answers.
